Build 2001102309
When toggling the offline indicator either in Browser or Messenger, the
indicator reflects the change only in new windows. Already opened windows do not
update the indicator.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go offline by toggling the indicator at the lower right.
2. Open a new browser or mail window.

Actual results:
Step 1: indicator isn't updated (neither it's tooltip)
Step 2: indicator is updated

Reproducible: Always (when using this build).

I didn't understand what timeless said but that doesn't matter anyway, because
I'm no longer seeing this bug on build 2001102403. A temporary regression or a
just a problem on my installation? Sorry for spam, I should wait one more build
before reporting this bug.
