Details

Particularly for non-overridable certificate/ssl errors, the cryptic error messages/strings are useless to the majority of users. We should link to documentation explaining what the issue is and what they can do as end-users (which, unfortunately, is often nothing, but at least if they understand the situation they might not be so frustrated).
Well, there is a link now. It's just a matter of making sure that content is comprehensive and understandable, which is out of scope for PSM.
