Set language to Arabic.
View a list of Contacts.
Observe that Contact names in a LTR language like English are aligned right and treated like an RTL language, even though they are not in a language like Arabic that would be read RTL.

Expected behavior: Only Contact names in an RTL language (or script) should display RTL. Contact names in an LTR language should display LTR.

Adding Carrie to cc: list as we'll need a spec for this (that should probably also be part of our patterns documentation) for 2.2.
