Details
The unclassified failure count should take into account the visibility profile. ie hidden jobs should not contribute to the count.
Also, we need to decide if we are going to do the same as TBPL behaviour, and go one step further - ie: the count reflects what jobs are currently shown - so a job name filter being applied is reflected in the count too.
