It looks like it was disabled in bug 893714, which was supposedly going to be fixed by bug 896706, which in turn was obsoleted by "the MessageChannel refactoring". So presumably this is now fixed, and we should re-enable the test.

It's green locally. I'd assumed that a try run would be a waste of resources, since the failure in question was intermittent anyway, and we'll know exactly what went wrong if it starts failing. ;-)
