Bug 1063455 replaced the #ifs around uses of NS_StackWalk that had identical logic to MOZ_STACKWALKING. It may be that the some of the other #ifs around other uses could also use MOZ_STACKWALKING.
This has been effectively resolved by bug 1322735, which removed MOZ_STACKWALKING.
