Description:
When receiving Incoming and making Outgoing calls, the call screen does not show the blue background. It instead appears with the default firefox background still showing.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140910000202
2) Make a call or receive a call from another device
3) Once connected, observe the screen.
  
Actual:
The background of the call screen is the default mozilla screen.
  
Expected: 
The background of the call screen is the blue background.

The issue occurs on Flame 2.2 (319mb), Flame 2.1 (512mb), Open_C 2.2, and Open_C 2.1

Incoming and Outgoing calls do not show the blue background, they appear with the default firefox background still.

We've never decided to implement this. For now, we're displaying the phone background.

Carol: Should we reconsider?

Removing this from dialer-most-wanted since we need visual feedback before being able to work on it.

Hi Anthony,
Yes. If the contact photo is using the default image(blue imagery), we do need to consider using the same image for full screen background instead of the 'default mozilla screen' during the call screen.

If we can do this image swap, Helen will help on the images.(Since I will be on PTO next week..)
