Setting Personal Bookmarks Folder sets the root of the bookmarks file on the toolbar

I deinstalled 0.9.4 by renaming the software and $HOME/.mozilla directories then
installed 0.9.5 fresh. Then in the Bookmarks Manager in 0.9.5 -
- Imported my old bookmarks file
- Deleted the 0.9.5 Personal Bookmarks Folder and I might have renamed the
imported one to "Personal Bookmarks Folder" if it was not called that already
(sorry, I can't remember but trust it is not important)
- Selected the folder called "Personal Bookmarks Folder" and did : menu
"View/Set as Personal Bookmarks Folder"
I now get the root folder "Bookmarks" itself as the personal bookmarks toolbar,
not the contents of the "Personal Bookmarks Folder". ie the "View/Set as
Personal Bookmarks Folder" option sets the root folder not the one I want.
Can I see with a text editor what the tag in the bookmarks.html file looks like
and where placed. I am guessing that there is no tag in there, else its in the
wrong place.

I had also noticed this on adding in an older netscape or mozilla bookmarks.html
file to my new one I have already using the import command.

maybe should of been a dup of bug 53841 instead.. in regards to setting personal
toolbar folder.. not importing. sorry.
