Hello. Today my copy of Nightly prompted me to enable E10S.
When I did so, I noticed that the spellchecking underline squiggle became black instead of red and selected text is black-on-black.
I selected "35 Branch" for Version on this bug, please update it if necessary. I am on Nightly 35.0a1 (2014-09-11).
If you would like me to provide information about my graphics card or other things, please tell me how to collect that information or provide a link to a document that tells me how.

Thanks for testing, Dave. The best way to share information about your graphics card is to open Nightly's about:support page, then use the "Copy text to clipboard" button to copy and paste the info in the bug.

Here's a screenshot of this happening in 35.0a1 (2014-09-12).
Note the underlining on the tab title, that only happens when E10S is enabled, too. But the text selection blackout is the big thing.

Does this still reproduce for you on a new profile on e10s?

:ally, no, the issue disappears in a new profile on 36.0a1 (2014-11-03).
Fascinating!
...OK, I tracked it down to ui.use_native_colors = true. The default value is false.
Using the default value seems fine; I will leave it like that. I don't see anything wrong with my colors right now. I am currently on Windows 7 with themes disabled. (Previously I had them enabled, perhaps that is related?)
Cheers!
