If you tap in the My Friend's weather, the list of options in the menu (Right up corner button) is empty until you successfully log in with Facebook (004.png).

Page now has a new design. My Friends Weather, when tapped from a logged-out-of-fb state, shows a well designed screen where the user can easily see (and click) a button advising them to log in to FB. I think we can close this bug now.
