I started seeing this some time prior to 0.9.5 release on Win2K. The problem is being unable to get keyboard focus to URL bar because Personal Toolbar Bookmarks steal it. For example I won't see an expanded Pers Toolbar menu, but if I hit a side arrow, a submenu of that menu will pop up. Usually opening up a new browser window and closing bugged one fixes it, until it happends again. has this been filed before? dupes?

hmmmmmm bug 106644 says that typing is possible in the URL bar. In my experience no editing of URL is possible except for context menu. But that could be platform specific differences. Or what I'm seeing is different from this. Peter, are you able to edit the URL when this happens?
Yes, I was able to edit the URL (I just couldn't hit RETURN to load it.). PS. I also cannot activate the *GO* button in prefs (it never displays) - would have been a nice workaround. PPS. I'm using the *modern* theme.
dupe of bug 90337 (Can't make set it that way myself, though)
