Details

Shortly we aren't going to allow connections through the default 'public' user, so mozillapulse should require a user and password. Maybe a good time to finally fix up the **kwargs overuse.
As part of this bug, we should ensure that users and passwords are required in all "standard" Pulse apps/libs, including pulsetranslator, logparser, and pulsebuildmonitor.
