Steps to reproduce:

Browse to some image, such as a JPEG image, where the http headers have Content-Disposition: attachment.  For example

Actual results:

Firefox pops up a download dialogue box, which is fine.  The options offered are

- view with (image viewer program)
- save to disk



Expected results:

There should be a third option

- open in new tab

So, even though the headers give Content-Disposition: attachment, the user should be able to choose to view the image directly in Firefox rather than in an external image viewer program.

Why in new tab ?

The option I expect is : 

 - Open in current tab
