If I call someone who is in "do not disturb" mode, the call sits there until it times out then goes back to the "start a call" page with no indication of what happened. I think it would be useful to inform the caller that the callee is unavailable.

Alternatively we could not time out and display a prompt after a set time messaging the caller something like, "<the callee> is not answering, do you want to try to call again later?"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click the "speech balloon" button in the toolbar
2. Click "Available" and select "do not disturb"
3. Copy the URL and share it with a friend (or load it in another tab)
4. Click "start" on the link clicker page
5. Wait for the call to time out

Result:
The call quits eventually with no indication of what happened.

Expected:
The call quits with an indication of what happened.

Ask the user to hang up after a set amount of time.
