Steps to reproduce:
when we have alarm , like request alarm
i go to the site that have big request alarm.
Actual results:
all tab get Wider than screen ... i take picture from my screen.
Expected results:
when have long alarm , use "..." for them.
that Don't get Wider all tab.

Did u see attached screen shot picture?
This not happen on specific website.
This happen When you have alert , with long URL.
The yellow alert in screen shout.

What add-on or extension creates that "alert" stuff? Does that happen with such add-ons?

This is an adblocker ("ABE"), which indeed would do well to cull the URLs it displays...
... however, we've had this issue before and we can make this into a generic bug about having the infobars never be able to change the size of the page - but that's going to be pretty low priority (and non-trivial to do well), I expect.

This add-on is "NoScript",
But yes, adblocker ("ABE") have the same problem.
