We do not see this glitch on Flame.
shinuk, are you still seeing this on Madai with recent code? We can't reproduce it here on our reference devices.

Mike, this is still reproducible with latest code.
This is reproducible when switching between different preview sizes.
It looks same as Bug 998019.
