1068378 - Add device type icon, last synced, and number of synced tabs to RemoteClientsDialogFragment

Bug 977161 landed a fairly general RemoteClientsDialogFragment for selecting one or many remote clients.  Right now, it's an AlertDialog.  We can polish this by styling the list items.

For a single client selection, AlertDialog supports a custom adapter.  For multiple clients, unfortunately, AlertDialog does not support custom adapters.  I see some hacks that we can explore that manipulate the AlertDialog's getListView() directly; or we can build our own Dialog's View.

This should also be used by the Send Tab Share Overlay mechanism.
