If I start my Linux64 default Firefox profile (including a range of addons) with the latest Nightly and enable e10s, every single tab crashes.
Here is a corresponding crash report, which also lists the addons that I have installed:
https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/684f5c28-dc1f-4767-b554-d54df2140917
Not sure what exactly causes the crashes. If I find any clues, I'll add the info here.

Markus, would you mind trying to isolate which add-on is causing the problem? You can disable and enable add-ons in about:addons.

I found the culprit. It's User-Agent JS Fixer:

Flags: needinfo?(markus.popp)

Bill: is this crash a dupe of bug 1010737 ("sync messages forbidden while handling urgent message")?
Keywords: crash

No, in this case the sync message is being sent by the message manager. That makes it harder to fix than the other bugs.

Markus: can you still reproduce this crash with the "User-Agent JS Fixer" add-on?

Yes, it's still the same.

The crashes are now gone in the current Nightly.
However, this addon doesn't seem to work correctly so maybe this bug report should be left open, maybe with updated title. Since this is a helper addon it's not very easy to pinpoint a particular misbehavior to the addon.
I use it together with the UAControl addon:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/uacontrol/
in which I change the UA for edition.cnn.com to Firefox Android for Tablets: Mozilla/5.0 (Android; Tablet; rv:34.0) Gecko/34.0 Firefox/34.0
With Flash disabled, http://edition.cnn.com/video/standard.html should play videos as HTML5 video. This is not the case with the latest Firefox Nightly and e10s enabled.

I cannot replicate any issues with this. Can you give full steps to reproduce?

Sorry, I'm not using this addon anymore.

Unless someone wants to reopen with steps, it's likely been fixed.
