STR:
1. Enable tracking protection
2. Load https://wordpress.com/ or any blog hosted on *.wordpress.com

RESULT:
The page loads but seems to be missing stylesheets seem to be blocked. The browser console reports:

> ReferenceError: WPCOMLocaleSwitcher is not defined wordpress.com:187
This should be fixed, are you still experiencing this?
