Description:
receiving and email with a PDF attachment gives user no options for PDF and no icon showing any options for the file
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140917000205
2) Be logged into a email account that received and email with a PDF
3) Open the email
Actual:
No options for the PDF file
Expected:
Ability to download the file
