1069274 - Video corruption observed during voice call + Suspend Resume

Pre-Conditions:
1. Camp the DUT for WCDMA/GSM networks
2. Insert SD card with supported video clips

Steps to reproduce:
1. Make MO voice call from DUT to reference device
2. Answer the call from reference device
3. During voice call start video decode from Video app
4. Now close the DUT proximity sensor with hand and remove hand from the proximity sensor
5. Now resume back the paused video clip

Issue:
Observed video playback is in different color

Expected behavior:
Should able to play the video in original color after resuming the device from suspend mode

Note: Standalone video decoding + Suspend resume is working fine

This issue is related to HWC.
NI to sushil, to comment if its  similar to bug 1069118 .
