This is the imagery part of bug 1069300. We'll want new versions of all of these:

(plus the red version for the 'active' variant)

and these:

Oh, and I forgot: if the icon at the top of the panel isn't the same size as the menu panel icon (or uses different colors or something) we'll need to add that as well.

Finally, we'll need the inverted menu panel icon to be included so that when the subview is open if the icon is in the menupanel, the icon itself goes white like the other subview-creating button icons.
