Steps to reproduce (with the screen reader): * Open Usage app (for the first time) * Navigate to Data Report page by activating Next button * Attempt to explore by touch either 'Reset report' or 'Starting on' combo boxes and notice that they are not accessible. * It is possible to swipe to the text inside the combo box but not activating it.
