Steps to reproduce:
Access a page with a select tag.
In my case this page: http://lapsi.latinoware.org/index.php?r=Program.ViewProgram
Open select.
Actual results:
Wrong style, select has popup menu style.
Expected results:
select with CSS style.

I can confirm the bug with todays nightly on OSX10.9
Status: UNCONFIRMED → NEW

Probably duplicate of bug 1053981, although that one oddly says it's only Windows and Linux.
