1069828 - Disable Thunderbird 10.6 Mac Mozmill test builders

These are perma fail on the main branches, and the work required to fix them is more extensive than we want to do at the moment. As we've got 10.8 coverage, we're reasonably happy just to disable.

If we do the work, it'll affect the 10.8 builders as well, so we can always get those updated with the changes first and retry 10.6 later.

I've tried this with Armen's list_builder_differences.sh, but either that's not doing test builders, or I'm doing something wrong.

This hopefully just reverts the 10.6 builds to doing xpcshell only.
