Behavior: An incoming call is missing the text "incoming" and once the call is accepted, the duration counter stays at 0:00 and never increments.

Steps to repro:
==============
1.  Full flash gaia with flash tool to engineering build.
2.  APP=callscreen make install-gaia
3   Make an incoming call to the device.
4.  Answer the call and duration is 0:00.

This can be corrected with a make install-gaia.

qawanted for branch checks. I'm able to repro this as well. Rebooting the device doesn't fix it -- you have to |make install-gaia|.
