Details

Actual Result: Login to Gmail try to scroll using cursor on the left hand folder scrollbar and the entire firefox window is dragged.

Expected Result: Click on scrollbar and be able to scroll without dragging entire window

Build ID: 20140919030202
Version: 35.0a1
I can confirm this same behavior in most every site I've tried Firefoxnightly 35.0a1 2014-09-19.

For example ...

1. Using FirefoxNightly 35.0a1 2014-09-19, in [this] Mozilla Bugzilla site, mousedown on the comments resize box and drag to resize the comments text edit box.

Result:
The text box does resize as expected, but the entire window drags and moves around with your mouse movements to resize the comments text edit box.
Just to note the only way I can get it to behave normally is to go full screen and this issue just started as of this last build and was not previously there.

I'm not sure what the difference is in form types, but on some sites like AT&T, when you are typing in a text field, you can mouseDown on the text to try and select it, and the whole window moves with your attempt to drag/select the text. I can't get this to happen here in the Mozilla Bugzilla site though.
Are you seeing this on Yosemite? Then it's bug 1070038.
D'oh! Apologies for not noting anything about my config.
Yes, the Mac I reported this on is on Yosemite. I just checked on a stock Mavericks (10.9.4/13e28) and FirefoxNightly does not have this window dragging problem on Mavericks.

I agree with this being a dup. What I'm seeing is bug #1070038.
