Steps to reproduce:
First step.
-- Connect to your private wifi.
-- Open a webpage (say mozilla.org) using Firefox (tried on Ubuntu and Android).
-- Close firefox.
Second step.
-- Connect to a public wifi with login page.
-- Open firefox restoring the webpage remembered.
-- The webpage opens the login page in place of mozilla.org.
-- Close firefox.
Third step.
-- Connect to your private wifi.
-- Open firefox restoring the webpage remembered.
-- The page loaded is the login page, not mozilla.org. Firefox forgot that you wanted to be on mozilla.org.

The page loaded is the login page, not mozilla.org.
Expected results:
The page loaded is mozilla.org.

Tim, is this on file somewhere? If not, do we have a way to detect this and fix it? It's really annoying. :-)

I don't think we have this one on file yet. It does sound like another bug depending on us implementing captive portal detection. Also, why would you quit the browser before you connect to a wifi that often? :P

Bug 939318 only landed very recently - IIUC before the patches in that bug, closing and reopening Firefox was the only reasonable way to make it pick up changes to the network configuration.
In addition, some people have problems with a running instance of Firefox not working correctly after putting the computer in sleep mode.
@ttaubert The bug happens also if, instead of quitting firefox, the webpage is refreshed.
