Platform: PowerBook G3/300/192Mb/25Gb, MacOS X 10.1 + Security Update, 1024x768
display.
Fizzilla Build: 2001102605
There is a problem when displaying a bookmark folder in the Personal Toolbar. If
the folder has more bookmarks than can be seen on the display, you get the
triangle at the bottom of the pop-up menu indicating that more content follows.
Mousing over this down arrow causes the browser window to flash, then the pop up
disappears.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch Fizzilla.
2) Bookmarks: Manage Bookmarks.
3) Open your Personal Toolbar by hitting the disclosure triangle.
4) Create a new folder in your Personal Toolbar, and add enough bookmarks to
that folder that they cannot all be displayed on screen at once.
5) Click once on the new folder you created in your Personal Toolbar.
6) Move the mouse down to the arrow at the bottom of the pop-up menu.
What happens: the browser window briefly flashes behind the pop-up, then the
pop-up menu disappears.
What should happen: the pop-up menu should scroll, to show you the rest of the
items in that list.

Oh, if you happen to move down a bit so you get an upward pointing arrow, the
same thing happens when you mouse over the up arrow.

Build ID: 2001111506
Now, this problem is even worse. The above happens, then an Alert dialog comes
into the center of the screen: "The URL is not valid and cannot be loaded." Hit
Return or click OK, the dialog disappears, then reappears. The only way out of
this endless loop is to force quit the app.

bug 110081 has been fixed. could you get a build with the fix (post 11/18) and
report back the current behaviour?

Build ID 2001112005
This now appears fixed. But this bug was occurring before bug 110081 happened.
Was something fixed there that simultaneously fixed this bug?

This is still happening....OS 9.2.1 / ibook 400 / Build ID: 2001112011. I'm
seeing the original flash and disappear behavior.
not going to get to this for 0.9.8, pushing out to mozilla1.0.1
Target Milestone: mozilla0.9.8 → mozilla1.0.1

On OS X 10.1.3, this is fixed for now. But this bug seems to come and go,
sometimes getting worse than it was before. Can anyone confirm that this bug was
actually fixed by something?
