I have an add on installed that shows a url bar icon. 

Usually this lives happily alongside the reader Mode icon. 

Sometimes not. See screenshots.

Indeed, this just happened in bugzilla, on this page! 

It looks like the reader action is being added twice. 

Sidenote: when this happens, you can't access the long press actions at all.

I wonder if the addon is doing something. May be from bug 1052288 though?

I've installed the add-on [1] and visited lots of pages with reader mode enabled, but I haven't been able to reproduce the duplicate reader icon.

Can someone from QA find some STR here? Also curious to know whether this bug is even a regression.

I havn't been able to replicate this at all. Also, this add-on has an icon for ants.

No evidence this is a regression, no STR, and not a critical issue, so renoming.
