With a table 3 row, 3 columns, 50%in width and center the table. In column 1 
enter 1 and look at the table. The top row has 4 columns now, If you refresh or 
redraw the composer the table will look normal.
If you don't refresh the table, the hold table becomes unstable with borders 
and loss of properties.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Netscape
2. Open composer
3. click table Icon, 3row,3columns, 50% width, center table
4. Enter 1 in column 1 and look at the top row you have 4 
   columns until you refresh or redraw composer.

Actual Results:  Table becomes unstable and loss of properties

Expected Results:  The table properties stability should perform at 50% in 
width as it does at 100%

You may have to enter text in each of the cells, if you watch carefully, you
will see the problem (which happened to me after I entered a single character in
all cells of row 1, then the first cell of row 2.

Layout bug. Tester -- if a page refresh or redraw, or scrolling the window down
and back fixes a problem, it is most certainly a layout problem, and needs to be
assigned to Browser->Layout

im not seeing this.  i followed the instructions exactly, and I dont see a 4th 
column. this is on windows 2k and 98 with todays build. makring bug as 
WORKSFORME.
