Details

Patch for bug 836690 added one more notice type to the ThreadUI, now we have 5 very similar notices (max-message-length, max-subject-length, sms-segment-change, message-type-convert, message-resize) and 1 a bit different - new-message. It feels like we can have single piece of code(or maybe even markup) that can manage all that notices in common way (show, localize, autohide when needed)
