Steps to reproduce:
Go ahead: open like 15 photostreams in flickr and buffer 5 videos until you saturate the VRAM and then #WaitForIt :P
Actual results:
BSOD (video_scheduler_internal_error)
Expected results:
I should have stayed alive :)

This would be a GFX driver issue, filling vram will result in content spilling out into the shared system memory, or a user mode crash of the process. Not a bsod or driver reset.
