Description:
When user attempts to switch to another app with edge gesture and immediately brings down task bar, the top portion of the task bar disappears 
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140923003005
2) Open two different applications 
3) Switch between the apps with edge gesture
4) Immediately bring down task bar while app is performing edge gesture
5) Observe top portion of task bar 

Actual:
Top portion of taskbar disappears
  
Expected: 
Top portion of taskbar appears properly

This issue also occurs on Flame KK 2.1 (512mb), Flame KK 2.2, Flame JB 2.1(319mb) , Flame JB 2.2, Open C 2.1 and Open C 2.2

Yura was right, this bug was fixed when bug 1071159 was fixed.
