Details

The "Open File..." menu command (Command-O) doesn't bring up a file picker when no browser windows are open.

This bug occurs in the 10/26/01 Mac OS X trunk build. To reproduce it, just look at the 'File' menu when no browser windows are open. (I figured this was pretty self-explantory) Note that this is not an XP Menus problem because the Mac build uses native menus.
