The "Open File..." menu command (Command-O) doesn't bring up a file picker when
no browser windows are open.
Reporter, this bug report is incomplete. You have ommitted the ten-digit Build ID, and also the
complete steps to reproduce.
Please reveiw the Bug Writing Guidelines at [http://www.mozilla.org/quality/bug-writing-
guidelines.html] and supply additional information.
In the future, use the Bugzilla Helper at [http://www.mozilla.org/quality/help/bugzilla-
helper.html] to submit bug reports.
This bug occurs in the 10/26/01 Mac OS X trunk build.
To reproduce it, just look at the 'File' menu when no browser windows are open.
(I figured this was pretty self-explantory)
Note that this is not an XP Menus problem because the Mac build uses native menus.
