STR:
1.- Device-A and Device-B are in a loop call (established)
2.- i.e. Device-C makes a GSM call to Device-A
3.- Device-A rejects GSM call.
4.- Loop call appears on hold in both devices (A and B)
5.- Press "resume" button

ACTUAL RESULT: call timer is reset to 00:00 and starts to count the time from there

EXPECTED RESULT: the timer should continue

Does it happen for GSM/CDMA calls? If so, lets change.

In GSM calls counter is not reset... (It continues while the call is on hold, and continues when the call is recovered). 
But I think that behavior depends on the defined acceptance criteria.
