Problem description: There was an error reported in the forums about reset links, first was that when you click the reset password or forgot password, the link sent via email was sent to this page:
The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

There are no addons and the version:
Windows XP
Firefox version 32 (not 32.0.1)

Is the user running old Sync 1.1 or the newer Sync 1.5?
I was able to test the forgot password URL for old Sync 1.1 and reset my password successfully:

This was most likely a transient network issue, I don't think there's more we can do this this bug. Closing.
