the themes.org website has been reorganized.  The current menu selection under
View->Apply Theme->Get New Themes points to a location that is 404.  The correct
location is now http://www.themes.org/skins/mozilla/ although they have no
themes there .. maybe there's a better site now?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select View->Apply Theme->Get New Thems

Actual Results:  404 - Page Not found

Expected Results:  Should view a listing of available Mozilla themes

Perhaps we need a new themes site?  Has XUL settled down enough that
themebuilders don't have to make changes for every milestone, though?

Bug 102632 will fix this. They're waiting a while before checking it in. You
know, in case themes.org decide to move things around again.
