Please check this
Repro'd on today's 2.0.

QA wanted to check 1.4 and 1.3 to see if it's a regression. Then do a regular branch check.

Checked on 1.3 and 1.4 with v123 build: the issue is still present. Leaving QA wanted for a regular branch check.

Sorry, I meant v123 base image.
The original bug write-up is a bit confusing. The expected behavior is actually the bug behavior, and the symptom is the expected behavior.

This issue is reproducible on Flame 2.0, Flame 2.1, and Flame 2.2.

Observed behavior: After clearing a contact's Carrier information via Call Log as written in the STR and reboot, the updated information in Call Log is NOT maintained after reboot.

I didn't check Flame 2.0 base only since a check on 1.4 has been performed on comment 6.

Dear Rachelle Yang
Please check issue steps.

 7) Delete carrier area(Test string)
 8) Move to Call log(You can see Call log is changed)
 9) Reboot device
 10) Enter Call log

In tester's action, we delete carrier information in Contact app. But, when rebooting device, call log app still show carrier information.

I think this is issue. Can you check again? Thanks

Hi!

Redirecting the ni to a dialer owner.

This is because we probably don't update the call log database. We just change the user interface. You don't have to reboot to see this issue, just kill the Dialer app.

I think we also have some duplicates of this. Let's put it in our list of bugs to fix.

I don't think that fixes the problem. You're correcting a database migration. I think the fix has to be done in updateGroupContactInfo.

Please redirect the next review/feedback requests to Douglas Sherk (:drs).
