We need conversion points for contribution pathways on Location Services. Those should be posted in our wiki page: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Contribute/Conversion_points Each conversion point should include the contributor threshold (casual, active, core), the system (in or case Ichnea?), the metric (how many actions) and the timeframe (within x time).

Development on the location service will be put on hold for a while. We didn't get this done before, and now we no longer have active development time to do this.
