Description:
After downloading a pdf file from the browser, it fails to open and user cannot back out into card view when holding down the home button.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140925000204
2) Go to browser and search for a pdf.
3) Attempt to open up pdf.
4) Attempt to open up card view by holding down the home button.
  
Actual:
Card view fails to open up when holding down the home button.
  
Expected: 
Card view opens up when holding down the home button.

Issue DOES occur on Flame 2.2KK

After downloading a pdf file from the browser, it fails to open and user cannot back out into card view when holding down the home button.
