In order to help users find what they're looking for, let's make the Customize menu easier to navigate.
The new Customization menu screen lists the following:
* Homepage
What shows on your homepage [open to copy suggestions]
* Add-ons [previously in Tools]
Add new features, tweak your browser [open to copy suggestions, esp. w/ l10n]
* Display
Text-size, title bar, full screen browsing
* Search
Customize your search engine providers

Import from Android and Download Updates will move to Settings
