Description: When user plays embedded Youtube video on webpage, scrolling up and down page vertically causes noticeable lag while video is playing. This occurs on multiple websites including Kotaku.com, ArsTechnica.com, and others. The lag that occurs is only present when video is playing. While video is paused no lag is experienced. Repro Steps: 1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140925000204 2) Tap Rocketbar and navigate to Kotaku.com (or any site with embeded youtube videos) 3) Navigate to page with embedded Youtube video and tap to play 4) Scroll up and down on page while video plays Actual: Noticable lag as user scrolls page while youtube video plays. Expected: No difference in performance from when embedded Youtube video plays from when it is not playing.
