Setup Steps:
1) Flame device is set to 319mb

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140926000202
2) Go to Apple
3) Tap menu icon on the top left corner 
4) Phone is on portrait


Actual:
iphone title overlap with menu

Expected:
iphone titte is not overlap

Same in Chrome. I think this is what Apple intends.

This is the way it looks like on the iPod Touch. Basically the menu covers the top header with a slight transparency. The only difference is that on Chrome and Firefox OS, the title is half covered.

I propose we close that as WORKSFORME.
it doesn't have any major drawbacks for the user.
