Steps to reproduce:
opening links by dragging is not working if e10 is enabled.
1. open a website with least one <a href...> in it
2. click and drag a link to the url bar
3. click and drag a link to the tab-bar to open it in a new tab
Actual results:
e10s enabled:
step 2: not working
step 3: not working
e10s disabled:
step 2: working
step 3: working
Expected results:
links should be opened if e10s mode is enabled
