Seen on current 2.1 build. It started maybe 1 week ago?
The list becomes black during scrolling and there is a '1' spinning with the sync icon.

Also reported in bug 1072789, duping to that one, since it has some more background from QA, and is already scoped to the Graphics component. Also clearing flag, the other bug can be used for those purposes.
