These look like some great ideas for in-browser collaboration, thanks Sevaan! I think this fulfills the goal of this bug, and we can create further bugs for design specs (pending feature development/roadmap).

This is good stuff. Do we want to add a "whiteboard" to this design or create a new bug? 

As a reminder, the whiteboard would allow users to spin off a blank collaborative tab with the same collaboration tools.
