Details
If a user is signed in with Persona, from the banner we redirect them on to Firefox Accounts, if we've got a pre-verified account, we can bounce them to Firefox Accounts as a pre-verified user.

1. Ask me for the special commands to run to get "signed in".
2. Run those commands.
3. Click on the migration banner.
4. Register with FxA.
5. Note that you are still signed in.
6. Sign out.
7. Sign in again with the email used previously.
8. You are now signed in.
