User Story

* As a user, I should see a camera preview when I am the only person in a room, so that I can check my camera is working, and adjust the view if necessary

UX:
* Display a camera preview in the background

Implementation:
* Should be able to do a simple video feed from the camera. We don't need to manage multiple devices.

We've almost completed this in bug 1074686, but we need to do some more css layout for the full-window camera preview (currently its the same size as in-call). Suggesting Nicolas takes this initially.
