When trying to open the tab-view via shortcut the addons-page opens.

This problem is blocking us from adding the 'az' locale to our test matrix for beta and release builds. It would be great if we could get this fixed.

Checked that file in http://mozilla.locamotion.org/az, we use same keys as in English version for now, because our users are used to them. Same problem as in dev-tools. I don't know how to change this file for beta, there is only Aurora version in locamotion. If there is SVN repo I can commit directly to there (I already use SVN for web parts)
Solution: change all keys to English one, and Quit key 'W' to 'Ü'

Let's not worry about Beta for now. 

Keeping the same command keys (not access keys) of English is usually the right choice. Note also that in English tabView.commandkey is 'e'

Not sure I understand the "Quit" key part, since this issue is about "A" being shared across two commands.

There is closeCmd.key which is 'W' (Ctrl+W). There is no W in Azerbaijani keyboard layout, so we use 'Ü' key which is in the same place as W in keyboard layout.

For know Ctrl+W not works in Firefox if you use Azerbaijani keyboard layout, you need to switch language to use that key. If using 2 keys for closeCmd.key was possible, it would be great. Because I worry that after changing Ctrl+W to Ctrl+Ü closing tabs in other language layouts using short-cuts will be impossible.
